She did an amazing job making a last minute gender reveal cake for my boyfriend and I!
My wife really wanted to try a brown butter cake with Italian meringue icing and she was the only one we could find who would do it. The icing was delicious and the chocolate mousse filling was amazing as well.
I ordered 2 cakes from pennie for someone's birthday at our office and it was a huge hit. Everyone raved about the cake and how moist and delicious they both were She was very creative on the details I requested. I highly recommend anyone looking for any type of baked goods for any occasion to go to pennie
Love this cake she even waited on me for about an hr because I accidentally slept in so I treated her to coffee and had good conversation I highly recommend her for all you baking needs
I really loved how the cake turned out! Unfortunately I forgot to take the pictures but my little cousins loves it. My grandma loves one of the pink cake and it was a shame she didn’t get to try the chocolate cake one. But everything was perfect and tasted great!
Today I had the lovely opportunity to meet pennie and have the most deliciously delightful experience. These are hands down the best sweet treats I’ve ever had. She is a small business woman who is working hard to get her name and food out there. I most definitely will be ordering more soon and you should be too!

Y’all!! Had my first Pennie’s Delight brownie (salt + caramel!!) today… ok, not true, I had TWO cause the first was so good! My husband loved the banana pudding as well! Can’t wait for our next opportunity to have some of Pennie’s baked YUM!
Pennie did an amazing job with our king cake. We are originally from New Orleans, and are always looking to find a good king cake locally. This definitely reminded us of home. Pennie was easy to work with, she delivered the cake to our home on time, and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our order. We will definitely order from her again.
